Principle

The QTB is mainly composed of two parts: the pressing frame and the supporting film. When used, first place the pressing roller handle and the pressing frame at the back end of the supporting film, so that the supporting film is completely exposed. Then insert the sample into the small groove at the back end of the supporting film and press one end of the sample plate with the pressing handle so that the eccentric shaft presses one end of the sample plate. Then remove the pressing frame and make the sample plate bend and deform evenly along the surface of the supporting film through the rolling shaft on the pressing frame. Finally, observe the physical changes on the surface of the sample putty film.
