Overview
The HYL-2100 particle image analysis system is developed by Dandong HYLOLOGY Technology Co., Ltd. It is a multi-functional particle analysis system such as image method particle size analysis and morphology analysis. The system includes OpticalMicroscopy, industrial CCD camera, computer, printer and image analysis software. The workflow is to take particle images through OpticalMicroscopy and camera and transmit them to the computer, and use special software to process and analyze, and finally display or print the results. The system has the characteristics of intuition, image and accuracy. Particle size distribution, aspect ratio and sphericity can be observed and obtained.
Features
1. Use the pixel count of each particle in the particle image to calculate the equal circle area and equal sphere volume to obtain the equal circle diameter and equal sphere diameter, and count all particles to obtain the Particle size distribution.
2. The image can be converted to gray scale, segmented, deleted, filled, scaled, smoothed, stitched and other processing, support multiple images at the same time, improve sample representation, and make the results more accurate, real and reliable.
3. Automatically count the number of particles, area, volume, sphericity, aspect ratio and Particle size distribution data and graphics.
4. Select the original picture to make the report more intuitive, and print Particle size distribution data, Linear dispersion and each particle data information, aspect ratio, sphericity, etc.
Principle
The basic workflow of the system is: firstly, the particle image is photographed by Optical Microscopy and camera and transmitted to the computer; then the particle image is processed and analyzed by special analysis software; finally, the analysis results are output by computer display or printer. The system automatically counts particle parameters through image processing, providing Particle size distribution, aspect ratio and sphericity and other indicators.
Applications
