Overview
JINGKELIAN QMB minimum film forming temperature (MFFT) meter is designed according to the national standard GB9267-88, using platinum resistance imported from Germany as temperature sensor, and using fuzzy control theory and PID control combined LU-906M intelligent temperature regulator to ensure that the display error is less than 0.5% +/- 1 word. The instrument adopts stainless steel special-shaped temperature layer plate, the temperature range is -7 ℃~ 70 ℃.

Principle
The measuring instrument adopts stainless steel special-shaped temperature layer plate, realizes temperature control by temperature control system (including intelligent temperature regulator, High Accuracy temperature sensor, switching power supply, semiconductor refrigeration device), cooperates with inspection system, drying device and corresponding electrical control circuit, forming a temperature layer on the layer plate for measuring minimum film forming temperature (MFFT).
Notice
• The measuring instrument is equipped with a water-cut protection system. Once the water is cut off, the whole machine will be powered off.
• Adopt the chill down water temperature display (at points 15 and 16 of the inspection table), and minimize the water Flow rate according to different setting conditions (manual)
• There are obvious subdivision scales attached to the front and rear of the worktable, which is convenient for accurately judging the MFT
