Overview
The XQM-0.4 vertical planetary Ball mill is a planetary Ball mill of the TENCAN Powder brand. It is a device required for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nano-material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. The product is small in size, full-featured, high in efficiency and low in noise. It is an ideal equipment for R & D institutions, universities and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro-particle research samples (four samples can be obtained at the same time per experiment). Equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank, the sample can be ground in a vacuum state.

Principle
XQM Series Variable Frequency Planetary Ball mill is equipped with four ball milling cans on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling cans rotate around their own axis while rotating around the turntable axis, making planetary motion. The grinding balls in the cans collide with each other in high-speed motion to grind and mix samples. The product can grind and mix products of different particle sizes and materials by dry and wet methods.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, set the speed, forward and reverse alternation time, and the total grinding time through the controller.
2. Put the sample and grinding balls into the ball milling tank.
3. Start the device, and the Ball mill will run according to the preset program.
4. After the run, remove the sample.

• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• Maximum Continuous Operating Time is 48 hours.
• Dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum or low temperature grinding mode can be selected as required.
• The gear transmission is lubricated with butter and requires attention to maintenance.
• The equipment voltage is 220V AC, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
