Overview
The WXQM-1A Horizontal Planetary Ball mill is a lightweight laboratory equipment featuring four horizontal ball milling tanks symmetrically mounted on a vertical planetary disk. The design enables the ball milling tank to operate without a fixed plane bottom, which helps to solve the problem of material sinking and enhance the grinding effect. The equipment is simple in structure and convenient in operation, and is suitable for experimental research of small batches of samples in the laboratory.
Features
1. Horizontal ball milling tank design is adopted, and there is no fixed flat bottom during operation, which helps to solve the problem of material sinking.
2. The grinding ball moves under the action of revolution, rotation centrifugal force and its own gravity, which enhances the degree of disorder and improves the grinding effect and efficiency.
3. Using high-tech microcomputer chip control, the program can be set to realize forward rotation, reverse repeated alternating operation (0-999min) and forward rotation, pause, reverse, pause, forward rotation (0-999min) alternating operation, suitable for the need to chill down or intermittent operation needs.
4. Support dry grinding, wet grinding, optional vacuum filled inert gas grinding or low temperature grinding.
5. The gear transmission is lubricated with butter to effectively reduce the noise of equipment operation.
6. Adopting a three-phase motor frequency conversion controller with a power of 0.75KW and an electronic monitoring device with rotational speed display, stepless speed regulation can be achieved.
7. Maximum Continuous Operating Time up to 48 hours, Timer Range 1-3600 minutes, Forward and reverse commutation running cycle 1-999 minutes.
Principle
The ball mill is symmetrically equipped with four horizontally installed ball mill tanks on a vertical planetary disk. When the planetary disk rotates, the ball mill tank is driven to perform planetary motion. Since the ball mill tank is installed horizontally and has no fixed plane bottom, the grinding balls in the tank are affected by the two centrifugal forces generated by the revolution and rotation, as well as their own gravity. This compound motion enhances the degree of disordered movement of the grinding balls and materials, thereby improving the grinding effect and efficiency.
