Principle
WXQM-2B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill adopts the principle of planetary motion. The ball mill tank rotates at the same time as the revolution, and the grinding ball in the tank has strong impact, friction and shear effects on the material under the action of centrifugal force, so as to realize the fine grinding and mixing of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank firmly on the equipment station.
4. Set the required total running time (1-9999 minutes) and alternate running time (1-999 minutes).
5. Set the required revolution and rotation speed through the frequency converter.
6. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
7. After the operation, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and separate the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• Make sure that the ball mill tank is firmly installed to prevent loosening during operation.
When the device is running, do not approach or touch moving parts.
