Overview
WXQM-6B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill adopts a double-disc support bracket structure at both ends, which effectively improves the stability and load resistance of the equipment, and breaks through the limitations of light-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill. The equipment is mainly suitable for users' pilot or small batch ground production.

Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, which drives the ball mill tank to perform planetary motion through gear transmission, that is, the ball mill tank rotates while rotating around the spindle. This compound motion causes strong impact, friction and shear force between the grinding ball and the material, so as to realize the fine grinding of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install and fix the ball mill tank on the equipment station.
4. Set the required revolution and rotation speed, total running time, and alternating positive and negative running time through the frequency converter.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After the operation, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and separate the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
* Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
Please ensure that the ball mill tank is firmly installed before the equipment runs.
* Please select the appropriate ball mill material and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
Do not open the protective cover or perform Miscellaneous operations while the equipment is in operation.
The equipment is heavier (256kg), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety during handling and installation.
