Overview
WXQM-8B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill adopts a double-disc support bracket structure at both ends, which effectively improves the stability and load resistance of the equipment, and breaks through the limitation that the light horizontal planetary Ball mill is only suitable for light loads. The equipment is mainly suitable for users' pilot or small batch ground production.

Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, which drives the ball mill tank to perform planetary motion through gear transmission, that is, the ball mill tank rotates while rotating around the spindle. This compound motion causes the grinding ball to generate strong impact, friction and shear force, so as to achieve fine grinding of the material. The equipment adopts frequency conversion speed control speed, and can be set to alternate operation to optimize the grinding effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (specification 0.5~ 5L) and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install and fix the ball mill tank on the equipment station (up to 4 can be installed simultaneously).
4. Turn on the 220V-50HZ power supply and turn on the device power supply.
5. Set the required revolution and rotation speed through the frequency converter (revolution 35~ 290rpm, rotation 70~ 580rpm).
6. Set the total running time (1-9999 minutes) and the alternating running time (1-999 minutes).
7. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
8. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops, takes out the ball mill tank and separates the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• The sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank to ensure the grinding effect and equipment safety.
• There is noise when the equipment is running (about 60 +/- 5dB), please use it in a suitable environment.
• The equipment is heavy (370kg), and it is necessary to ensure that the ground is flat and stable during installation.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, reasonably select the material of the ball mill tank, the size and ratio of the grinding ball.
• Please check whether the components are firmly installed before running.
• Operate in accordance with electrical safety regulations.
