Principle

The motor drives the convex mill to rotate relative to the concave mill through the transmission, and finishes the paints Coating particles by means of the grinding teeth on the convex mill and the concave mill.

Steps

1. Connect the three-phase AC 380 volt 50HZ power supply 2. Adjust the gap between convex and concave grinding to the desired size (0.01 mm to 1 mm) through the gap adjustment nut. 3. Start the power switch and swirl/spin clockwise at 180rpm 4. Coating the ground paints into the ground area 5. Sexual repeability grinding process, no more than 5 times as needed
