Principle
WXQM-10B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill works based on the principle of planetary motion. The ball mill tank rotates at high speed while rotating, and the grinding ball in the tank produces strong impact, extrusion and friction on the material under the action of centrifugal force, so as to realize the fine grinding and mixing of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics, and the sample loading does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank.
2. Install the ball mill tank filled with materials correctly on the station of the equipment.
3. Set the required revolution and rotation speed through the inverter control panel.
4. Set the total operating time of the equipment and the time parameters for alternating positive and negative operation.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops, take out the ball mill tank and collect the ground material.
Notice
• The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank to avoid affecting the grinding effect or damaging the equipment.
• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• Before the equipment runs, please ensure that the ball mill tank is firmly installed to avoid peeling during high-speed operation.
Do not make any adjustments or touch moving parts while the equipment is running.
• Regularly perform maintenance inspections on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
