Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, and its Working Principle is based on planetary motion. The ball mill tank rotates at a high speed while rotating around the main axis of the equipment. The grinding ball in the tank has a strong impact, extrusion and grinding effect on the material under the combined action of centrifugal force, Coriolis force and friction, so as to realize the ultra-fine grinding and mixing of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank firmly on the equipment station.
4. Set the required revolution and rotation speed, total running time, and alternating positive and negative running time through the frequency converter.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops, takes out the ball mill tank and separates the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• Do not open the protective cover or perform Miscellaneous operations during the operation of the equipment.
• Regularly check the fastening parts of the equipment to ensure that the connection is firm.
• Please connect the power supply according to the rated voltage of the equipment (220V-50HZ).
Equipment weight is large (370kg), handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
