Overview
WXQM-16B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill adopts a double-disc support bracket structure at both ends, which improves the stability and load resistance of the equipment and breaks through the limitations of light-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill. The equipment is mainly suitable for users' pilot or small batch ground production.

Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, and its Working Principle is based on planetary motion. The ball mill tank rotates around its own axis while rotating around the main axis of the equipment. This compound motion causes the grinding balls in the tank to generate strong impact, friction and shear forces, thus efficiently grinding materials to the micron or even nano level.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install and fix the ball mill tank on the equipment station.
4. Set the required total running time and alternate running time.
5. Set the appropriate rotation and revolution speed through the frequency converter.
6. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
7. After the operation, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and separate the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• The sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Power frequency of the equipment is 380V-50HZ, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
• Please check whether the components are firmly installed before running.
• Do not approach or perform illegal operations when the equipment is running.
• Maintain the equipment regularly.
