Overview
WXQM-20B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill adopts a double-disc two-end support bracket structure, which significantly improves the stability and load resistance of the equipment, and breaks through the limitation of light-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill only for light loads. The equipment is mainly suitable for users' pilot or small batch ground production.

Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, which drives the ball mill tank to perform planetary motion through gear transmission, that is, the ball mill tank rotates while rotating around the spindle. This compound motion causes strong impact, friction and shear force between the grinding ball and the material, so as to realize fine grinding and mixing of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank firmly on the equipment station.
4. Set the required revolution and rotation speed through the frequency converter.
5. Set the total running time and the alternating running time.
6. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
7. After the operation, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and separate the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
* Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
Make sure that the ball mill tank is firmly installed to prevent loosening during operation.
* Power frequency of equipment is 380V-50HZ, need to match the corresponding power supply.
* The noise level when the equipment is running is about ≤ 60 +/- 5dB, please pay attention to the working environment.
* Equipment weight of 700kg, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
