Overview
WXQM-40B Horizontal Planetary Ball mill is a heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill. It adopts a double-disc two-end support bracket structure, which significantly improves the stability and load resistance of the equipment and breaks through the limitations of light-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill. The equipment is mainly suitable for users' pilot or small batch ground production needs.

Principle
The equipment is a planetary Ball mill. The ball mill tank rotates at the same time as the revolution, resulting in a strong grinding effect. The material is crushed and mixed by the impact, extrusion and friction of the grinding ball in the ball mill tank. The revolution and rotation speed can be precisely controlled by frequency conversion to adapt to the grinding requirements of different materials.

Steps
Select the appropriate ball milling tank (size 5 to 10L or 3 to 5L) and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Put the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount should not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank to the equipment station (up to 4).
4. Connect the 380V-50HZ power supply.
5. Set the required revolution speed (25~ 215rpm) and rotation speed (50~ 430rpm) through the frequency converter.
6. Set the total running time (1-9999min) and the alternating running time (1-999min).
7. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
8. After running, turn off the power, remove the ball mill tank, and separate the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
The equipment needs to use a 380V-50HZ power supply, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The noise level of the equipment is about ≤ 60 +/- 5dB, please pay attention to the working environment.
Equipment weight of 760kg, installation and movement to ensure safety.
• Do not exceed the maximum handling capacity of the equipment (40L) and the specification limit of the ball mill tank that can be equipped.
• Follow the safety operating procedures of the equipment when operating.
