Overview
WXQM-60B heavy-duty horizontal planetary Ball mill adopts a double-disc support bracket structure at both ends, which significantly improves the stability and load resistance of the equipment and breaks through the load limitation of light horizontal planetary Ball mill. The equipment is mainly suitable for users in the pilot stage or small batch ground production.

Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, which drives the ball mill tank to perform a compound motion of revolution and rotation through gear transmission. The grinding ball in the ball mill tank generates strong impact, friction and shear force in high-speed motion, so as to realize fine grinding of materials.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material into the ball milling tank, and the loading amount shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank on the equipment station and fix it.
4. Set the required revolution and rotation speed, total running time, and alternating positive and negative running time through the frequency converter.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After the operation, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and collect the ground material.
Notice
• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• The sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Power frequency of the equipment is 380V-50HZ, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
During operation, pay attention to the noise level of the equipment (approximately 68 +/- 5dB).
