Principle
The equipment is a horizontal planetary Ball mill, which drives the ball mill tank to carry out the compound planetary motion of revolution and rotation through gear transmission. The material is hit, squeezed and rubbed by the grinding ball in the ball mill tank, so as to realize crushing, mixing and grinding. The frequency conversion speed control system can precisely control the speed to adapt to the grinding needs of different materials.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Put the material and grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the tank volume.
3. Install the ball mill tank on the equipment station and fix it.
4. Set the required total running time, alternating positive and negative running time, and revolution/rotation speed through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops, take out the ball mill tank and collect the ground material.

• Feed particle size needs to be controlled: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Power frequency of the equipment is 380V-50HZ, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
