Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (available specifications: 250-1000ml or 0.05-0.5L) according to the material characteristics and fill it with the material, with the sample loading amount not exceeding two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank.
2. Install the ball mill tank filled with materials on the equipment station (up to 4 can be installed simultaneously).
3. Set the operating parameters through the frequency converter: set the total running time (1-9999min), the alternating running time (1-999min), the revolution speed (35-335rpm) and the rotation speed (70-670rpm).
4. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
5. After the operation, the equipment stops, and the brake lock function of the flip motor can be used to stop the flip at any angle, and the ball mill can be safely removed.

• Feed particle size should be noted: Soil material should be ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material should be ≤ 3mm.
• The maximum processing capacity is 4L, please do not overload the operation.
