Overview
JINGKELIAN QGM-65 Three-roll grinder is a wet grinding machine with various functions such as crushing, dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, color matching, recycling waste, etc. It can be used for scientific research, testing, formulation and crushing and micro-commissioning production. The main components of the equipment are three rolls, which are reinforced with Cr12 steel for protection. Principle
The raw material is added by the natural hopper composed of the middle and rear two rollers and two baffles, and the opposite asynchronous swirl/spin of the middle and rear two groups produces a sharp flip of the raw material, shearing, and crushing the structural stress surface between the raw material molecules., and then through the secondary grinding of the middle and front continuous rollers at high speed, thereby achieving high-speed and uniform mixing of various raw materials.

Steps
1. Add the raw materials to the natural hopper composed of the middle and rear two rollers and the baffle plate
2. Start the equipment, the middle and rear two rollers opposite asynchronous swirl/spin for preliminary grinding
3. High-speed secondary grinding of raw materials through the middle front continuous roller
4. Collect finished product after finishing grinding

• Material viscosity should be controlled within the range of 30~ 8000cps
• The starting particle size should be kept at 50~ 100μm
