Principle
The device is driven by gears to make the ball mill tank perform planetary motion of revolution and rotation at the same time. On this basis, the planetary disk can be flipped 360 °, so that the ball mill tank moves in multiple dimensions and directions in the three-dimensional space, thereby improving the movement of the grinding ball and the material. The degree of disorder is realized, and the material is ground in the grinding tank without dead ends.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (specification 0.05L-25L) according to the material characteristics, and the sample loading does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank.
2. Install the ball mill tank on the four stations of the equipment.
3. Set the total running time (1-9999 minutes), the alternating running time (1-999 minutes), and the rotation speed (35-335rpm) and rotation (70-670rpm) through the frequency converter.
4. Start the equipment, and the ball mill tank starts to perform planetary motion and flipping motion.
5. After the operation, the equipment stops, and the ball mill can be taken out to obtain the ground material.

• Feed particle size should be noted: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
• The maximum processing capacity is 6L, please do not overload the operation.
• There is noise when the equipment is running (about 60 +/- 5dB), please use it in a suitable environment.
• The equipment is heavy (317kg), and it is necessary to ensure that the ground is flat and stable during installation.
• Power frequency is 220V-50HZ before use.
