Principle
When the device is working, the planetary disk and the ball mill tank do planetary motion (ie revolution and rotation) under the motor drive. At the same time, the planetary disk can be flipped 360 ° in a three-dimensional space range. The combination of these two movements makes the ball mill tank realize multi-dimensional and multi-directional motion, which greatly enhances the disorderly collision and grinding between the grinding ball and the material, so as to realize the whole material in the grinding tank without dead ends, efficient and uniform grinding.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (with specifications of 1 to 2.5L) and grinding balls according to the material characteristics.
2. Put the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount should not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install and fix the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary disk.
4. Close the equipment protective door.
5. Set the total running time (1-9999min) and the alternating running time (1-999min) through the control panel.
6. Set the required revolution and rotation speed (revolution 35~ 290rpm, rotation 70~ 580rpm).
7. Start the device and start grinding.
8. During operation, the brake lock function of the flip motor can be used to stop the planetary disc at any angle for observation or sampling.
9. After the operation is completed, the equipment is stopped, the ball mill tank is removed, and the material is separated from the grinding ball.
Notice
* Feed particle size needs to be controlled: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
* The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank to prevent affecting the grinding effect or damaging the equipment.
When the equipment is running, make sure that the protective door is closed and pay attention to the operating noise level (approximately 60 +/- 5dB).
* Power frequency is 220V-50HZ before use.
* The weight of the equipment reaches 420kg, and the ground should be stable and corresponding safety measures should be taken when installing and handling.
Regularly check the transmission components to ensure smooth operation.
