Principle
On the basis of the planetary motion (revolution and rotation) of the traditional planetary ball mill, the equipment adds the 360 ° tipping bucket flip function of the planetary disk. This makes the ball mill tank perform multi-dimensional and multi-directional composite motion in three-dimensional space, which greatly enhances the disordered collision and grinding between the grinding ball and the material, and realizes that the material has no dead ends in the tank, so as to obtain a more uniform and fine grinding effect, and effectively prevents the material from sinking to the bottom or sticking to the tank wall.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball mill tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics, and the sample loading does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
2. Install the ball mill tank containing the material symmetrically on the planetary disk and fix it.
3. Set the total running time (1-9999 minutes), the alternating running time (1-999 minutes), and the revolution/rotation speed (35-290rpm, 70-580rpm) through the device control panel.
4. Start the device, and the planetary disk begins to perform planetary motion and reversal motion.
5. After the operation is completed, the equipment is stopped, and the flip motor can be operated to adjust the astrolabe to a suitable angle for unloading.
