Principle
The device simultaneously performs planetary motion and 360 ° tipping bucket flip through the planetary disc and the ball mill tank to realize the multi-dimensional and multi-directional motion of the ball mill tank in the three-dimensional space. This composite motion greatly improves the disordered motion of the grinding ball and the material, so that the material has no dead angle in the grinding tank to grind, so as to obtain a more uniform grinding effect, and helps to solve the problem of material sinking and sticking to the tank.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (specification: 2~ 4L or 1~ 3L) and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material into the ball milling tank, and the loading amount shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank.
3. Install and fix the ball mill tank on the planetary disk.
4. Set the operating parameters through the frequency converter: set the total running time (1-9999 minutes), the alternating running time (1-999 minutes), and the rotation speed (30-255rpm or 60-510rpm).
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After the grinding is over, the equipment stops, and the planetary disk can be turned to a suitable angle by using the brake lock function of the flip motor for unloading.

• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Power frequency of the device is 380V-50HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Do not approach the equipment when it is running, and pay attention to safety.
