Overview
JINGKELIAN QPM Plate Grinder is a special test equipment suitable for Coating, pigment and other chemical fields, mainly used for relative Tinctorial Strength and dilution color measurement standards. The structure of the equipment is reasonable, the grinding disc is equipped with a concave socket for easy replacement of grinding discs, and a double-belt transmission motor slot wheel is used to ensure the accuracy of the transmission data. The components are imported high-quality products, which enhances the anti-interference.

Principle
After the motor of the QPM flat mill starts, the power is transmitted to the gear reducer, and the shaft end of the reducer is provided with a grinding disc base seat. The sample is placed between the two discs, and the weight of the thallium sheet is converted into the pressure required for the test through the force-distance ratio of the support frame. After loading the thallium sheet, it can start to work.
