Overview
GQM- (10-15) * 8 drum and can mill (roller jar machine) is an ultra-fine grinding and mixing equipment suitable for laboratory and small batch production. The machine has compact structure, convenient operation, high work efficiency, and can obtain uniform grinding particle size. It is the preferred equipment for scientific research, teaching, testing and production.

Principle
When the GQM- (10-15) * 8 can mill works, the grinding medium and material in the cylinder are lifted to a certain height with the rotation of the cylinder, and then fall off the cylinder wall along the parabola due to gravity. The material is crushed under the impact of the ground medium, as well as the friction and shear caused by the rolling and sliding of the ground medium.

Steps
1. Set working hours as required.
2. Put the grinding material and grinding medium into the grinding tank.
3. Start the device to grind.
4. After reaching the set time, the equipment stops and the material is taken out.

• Before operation, please ensure that the equipment is firmly installed and the power supply meets the requirements (conventional power supply: 220V, 50/60HZ).
• Please select the appropriate grinding medium and speed according to the material characteristics.
• Do not touch the rotating parts when the equipment is running.
• Regularly check the status of wearing parts such as load-bearing rubber rollers to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
