Overview
QXQM-0.4 omni-directional planetary Ball mill is a device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. The equipment is small in size, full-featured, high in efficiency and low in noise. It is an ideal equipment for R & D institutions, colleges and universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples can be obtained at the same time for each experiment). Equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank, the samples can be ground under vacuum or inert gas protection. The product can pulverize and mix products of different particle sizes and different materials by dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of grinding products can reach 0.1 microns.

Principle
The omnidirectional planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on a large plate. When the plate rotates (revolution), the ball milling tank rotates on its orbit. While the large plate and the ball milling tank do planetary motion, they can also do 360 ° flipping in a three-dimensional space range, and can be artificially set to run at a fixed point in any orientation, so that the ground material is more uniform, and can solve the problem of sinking and sticking cans of some materials.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate ball mill tank and grinding medium material (such as corundum, zirconia, stainless steel, etc.) according to the material characteristics.
2. Pack the material and grinding medium into the ball mill tank to ensure that the total amount does not exceed two-thirds of the tank volume.
3. Check the feed particle size, crunchy material should be less than 10 mm, Miscellaneous material should be less than 3 mm.
4. Install the ball mill tank on the large plate of the equipment to ensure that it is firmly fixed.
5. According to the ground requirements, set the appropriate rotation and revolution speed through frequency conversion speed regulation.
6. Start the device, and you can choose two or four tanks to work simultaneously.
7. The equipment can be programmed to operate, and the maximum Continuous Operating Time can reach 48 hours.
8. After grinding, take out the ball milling tank and collect the samples after grinding.

• The maximum loading amount per can (sum of material and grinding medium) shall not exceed two-thirds of the tank volume.
• Feed particle size must meet the requirements: Crunchy material is less than 10 mm, Miscellaneous material is less than 3 mm.
