Overview
The TENCAN Powder XQM-80 vertical planetary Ball mill is a device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nano-material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. The product is small in size, full-featured, high in efficiency and low in noise. It is an ideal equipment for R & D institutions, universities and corporate laboratories to obtain micro-particle research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously per experiment). Equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank, the sample can be ground in a vacuum state.

Principle
The XQM Series Variable Frequency Planetary Ball mill is equipped with four ball milling cans on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling cans rotate around the axis of the turntable and rotate around their own axis, making planetary motion. The grinding balls in the cans collide with each other in high-speed motion to achieve grinding and mixing of samples. The product can be ground and mixed dry and wet with products of different particle sizes and materials.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, set the speed, forward and reverse alternation time and the total grinding time through the controller.
2. You can choose dry grinding or wet grinding mode, and install vacuum or low temperature accessories if necessary.
3. Put the sample and grinding balls into the ball milling tank.
4. Start the device, and the device will automatically run according to the preset program (can be set to alternate forward and reverse or forward-pause-reverse-pause-forward).
5. After the grinding is completed, the equipment automatically stops and the sample is taken out.

• Feed particle size should be noted: Soil material should be ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material should be ≤ 3mm.
• The equipment voltage is 380V AC, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
• Special processes such as vacuum, inert gas filling or low temperature grinding can be selected according to needs.
• The controller can set the continuous operation timing time (1-3600min) and the positive and negative commutation operation cycle (1-999min).
• The minimum particle size of ground products can reach 0.1 micron.
