Overview
The JINGKELIAN SF0.4 sand mill dispersion and stirring multi-purpose machine is designed with new foreign technology. It is a multi-purpose equipment that can be used as Grinder, Disperser and Stirrer at the same time. The equipment adopts an electronic constant force speed control line, which directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed digitally, and is equipped with a variety of abrasive wheels blades and dispersed stirring blades. Principle
The SF0.4 grind dispersing and stirring multi-purpose machine adopts a series rectifier motor, which realizes Rotation speed control through an electronic constant force stepless speed regulation system. The sand grinding blades and Disperser Impeller are directly connected with the rotating shaft with threads, and the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotating shaft drives the blades and blades to grind, disperse and stir the material. The cylinder body adopts a jacket structure, which can control the temperature of the material through chilled down water.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch
2. Adjust the required Rotation speed through the speed control knob, observe the digital display Rotation speed
3. Select the appropriate sand grinding blades or dispersed stirrers as required
4, Adjust the lift Travel to the appropriate position
5. Start the equipment for grinding, dispersing or stirring operations
6. Turn off the power switch after the operation is completed
