Overview
The OSP-05 L2000φ 16 formed wire coating bar is a Japanese OSP brand product, manufactured by extrusion process, made of 304 stainless steel, with chrome-plated surface. This product is designed for precise control of Spreader thickness, with a minimum control of 1.5μm wet film thickness to achieve ultra-thin Spreader, making it an ideal substitute for traditional wire coating bars.

Principle
Spreader liquid on the substrate surface, using a D-Bar formed wire coating bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, uniform Spreader is achieved by precisely controlling the thickness of the Spreader.
