Overview
OSP-10 L2000φ 16 formed steel wire coating bar is a professional Spreader tool produced by the Japanese OSP brand. It is made by extrusion process, made of 304 stainless steel, and has a chrome-plated surface. This product is designed to replace the traditional steel wire coating bar to solve the problems of loose steel wire, broken wire, difficult to clean and unable to change the surface shape freely. It can precisely control the wet film thickness to 1.5μm to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.
Features
1. Made by extrusion process to avoid the problem of loose wire and broken wire of traditional steel wire coating bar.
2. Easy to clean, not easy to clog, improve efficiency.
3. The surface shape can be freely changed to adapt to different Spreader requirements.
4. The bottom of the groove is wider, and the Coating Weight is generally larger than the traditional steel wire coating bar.
5. Accurate wet film thickness control, up to 1.5μm minimum, support ultra-thin Spreader.
6. Specifications and lengths can be customized to meet diverse applications.
Principle
D-Bar formed wire coating bar controls wet film thickness by adjusting (scraping off) the amount of liquid by using its groove structure when Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate. Its groove bottom is wider than the traditional wire coating bar, allowing for greater Coating Weight and ensuring Stability and accuracy through the extrusion process.
Applications
Film, Glass, Paper, Encasement Material, Tape, Magnetic Card
Steps
1. Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate.
2. Use the D-Bar coating bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid to control the wet film thickness.
Notice
Make sure the substrate surface is clean before use to avoid impurities affecting the Spreader effect.
- Select the appropriate D-Bar specification according to the needs of Spreader, and consult customer service to customize the length if necessary.
- Pay attention to control the force during operation to avoid uneven scraping.
- Clean in time after use to prevent liquid residue from clogging the groove.
