Overview
The JINGKELIAN TCJ resilience impact tester has a catheter height of 1265mm and complies with ISO6272M, ASTMD2794, NCCA II-10 and X-1, ECCA Meth. No. 5, NFT30-039 and other standards. The tester is used to test the cracking resistance or substrate disbonding performance of Dry-Film products such as Paints and varnish under standard conditions when they are deformed by heavy hammer impact. The test results are calculated based on the number of kilograms-meters (inches-pounds) required for cracking or disbonding due to coating deformation.
Features
1. The height of the catheter is 1265mm, which meets a variety of international standards
2. Support pass/fail tests and grading tests
3. Catheter scales are available in centimeters and inches, corresponding to ISO and ASTM standards respectively
4. Structural components include conduit, height limit ring, handwheel, bracket, base, horizontal adjustment foot, horizontal bubble, compression sleeve for pressing the test plate, locking handle and other components
5. Specifications include Impact height 1265mm, drop weight mass 1000g or 2 pounds, punch diameter φ 15.9mm or φ 20mm, Impact depth 10mm, die base aperture φ 27mm or φ 17mm, table size 300 * 240 * 35mm, Net weight of the instrument 18kg
Principle
The TCJ resilience impact tester deforms the coating by means of a heavy hammer that freely drops the coating sample from the conduit. Test results are calculated based on the number of kilograms-meters (inches-pounds) required for cracking or disbonding due to the deformation of the coating. Test types include pass/fail tests (tests with a specified mass of weight and a drop height to see if the results meet specific specification standards) and grading tests (measuring the minimum mass and drop height of the coating when cracking or disbonding from the bottom layer by gradually increasing the weight height and/or mass).
Applications
Impact performance testing of Dry-Film for Paints, varnish and other products
Standards
ISO6272M, ASTMD2794, NCCA ⅱ-10 and X-1, ECCA Meth. No. 5, NFT30-039
Steps
1. Pass/Fail Test: Test with a specified mass of weight and a drop height to check whether the results meet specific specifications
2. Classification test: determine the minimum mass and drop height during coating cracking or disbonding from the bottom by gradually increasing the weight height and/or mass
