OSP-18 L2000φ 16 formed steel wire coating bar is a professional Spreader tool produced by the Japanese OSP brand. It is made by extrusion process, made of 304 stainless steel, and has a chrome-plated surface. This product is designed to replace the traditional steel wire coating bar to solve the problems of loose steel wire, broken wire, difficult to clean and unable to freely change the surface shape. It can precisely control the wet film thickness to 1.5μm to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle
Spreader liquid on the surface of the substrate, using D-Bar formed wire coating bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, through its groove design to precisely control the thickness of Spreader, to achieve uniform Spreader.

Steps
