OSP-80 L2000φ 16 formed wire coating bar is a professional Spreader tool produced by the Japanese OSP brand. It is made by extrusion process and is made of 304 stainless steel and has undergone chrome-plated surface preparation. The product is designed to replace the traditional wire coating bar to solve the problems of loose wire, broken wire, difficult cleaning and inability to freely change the surface shape. The minimum wet film thickness of 1.5μm can be controlled to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle

Steps
