It is mainly used to measure the anti-perforation performance of the impact PVC waterproof membrane when the heavy hammer falls from a height, so as to inspect the qualification of the product. The instrument has a steel ball with a diameter of 12.7mm and a catheter length of 500mm.

Principle

Use the controller assembly to lift and fix the weight at the required height, which is read by the positioning mark. Press the control screw to compress the controller spring, so that the round hole of the controller slider is aligned with the round hole of the upper cover and lower bottom of the controller. The weight falls and strikes the punch rod, and the punch rod acts downward on the test plate. By lifting the weight and punch rod, take out the test plate to observe the resistance to perforation of the sample.
