Principle
Reflection measurement uses D/8 structure (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception), in accordance with ISO7724/1, CIE, ASTM, DIN and JIS standards. Transmission measurement uses d: 0 ° structure (diffuse illumination, 0 ° direction reception), in accordance with ISO, CIE, ASTM and DIN standards. Wavelength range 360~ 780nm is used to capture Light spectrum data using dual array CMOS detectors for accurate Color analysis.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and ensure that the surface is clean.
2. Turn on the device power and select Measurement mode (such as quality control mode or sample mode).
3. Select reflection or transmission Measurement mode according to Sample type.
4. Automatic identification or manual switching of measurement diameter (φ 25.4/15/8/4mm).
5. Use the built-in camera to precisely locate the measurement area.
6. Start measurement, the device automatically collects Light spectrum data and calculates Color value.
7. View the results, which can be stored or extended through PC-side software.
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept at 0~ 40 ℃.
• Storage ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃.
• Make sure the power supply is powered by DC 24V, 2A adapter.
• Periodic inspection of Illuminant life, Illuminant life is 5 years greater than 3 million measurements.
• Pre-calibrate equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid operating in bright light or vibrating environments.
