Overview
SMTMF HB-3000H heightening electronic Brinell Hardness Tester is a mechatronics product, mainly used for the measurement of brinell hardness of materials, especially suitable for large materials such as castings or forgings with crystalline structure and not suitable for Rockwell or Vickers testing. The equipment can be widely used in various metal materials by using different test forces and indenters. It integrates a precise mechanical structure and a microcomputer-controlled closed-loop system. It adopts electric loading and unloading test force. Through High Accuracy pressure sensor feedback and CPU control, it can automatically compensate for the test force lost in the test. It is easy to operate and has accurate readings.
Features
1. Force Sensor, Force Feedback, Closed Loop System.
The range of force values is wide, ranging from 62.5 kgf to 3,000 kgf.
3. With ten test force, wide test range and high accuracy.
The test space is up to 430mm.
5. Optional Portable Brinell measurement system to further improve Measurement accuracy and efficiency.
6. Test force and hold time are directly selected on the touchpad for reliable Repeatability.
Principle
The hardness gauge adopts a microcomputer-controlled closed-loop system, cancels the traditional weight, and applies and removes the test force by electric means. The High Accuracy pressure sensor feeds back the force value information in real time, which is controlled by the CPU, and can automatically compensate the test force lost during the test process to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test force.
Applications
Hardness measurement of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, hard plastics, bakelite and other Non-metallic hardness of materials
Standards
ISO 6506、ASTM E10-12、JIS Z2243、GB/T 231.2
Steps
1. Select the appropriate test force and pressure head according to the test material.
2. Place the specimen on the test bench and adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Directly enter the selected test force and hold time on the device touchpad.
4. Start the equipment and conduct an automatic loading and unloading test force test.
5. After the test is completed, use the reading Microscope to measure the Crowd diameter.
6. Read the corresponding brinell hardness value by looking up the table.
Notice
• If the Brinell test is performed only on a certain part of a large material, the measured value may not represent the overall properties of the entire material or the final product.
Before use, make sure that the power supply meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz.
• Please follow the product instruction manual when operating and pay attention to safety.
• Regularly calibrate equipment using standard Hardness Blocks to ensure Measurement accuracy.
When replacing the indenter or test bench, please be careful to avoid damaging the precision components.
