Overview
SMTMF MHBS-3000AT Touchscreen automatic turret digital display Brinell Hardness Tester is mainly used for the measurement of brinell hardness of materials, especially for large materials such as castings or forgings with crystalline structure that cannot be tested by Rockwell or Vickers. The equipment adopts electronic automatic loading, computer software programming, high-magnification Optical inspection measurement and photoelectric sensing system. Through High Accuracy pressure sensor feedback and CPU control, it can automatically compensate for the loss of test force, and automatically calculate and display Hardness value. It has the characteristics of accurate reading and convenient operation.
Features
1. Force Sensor, Force Feedback, Closed Loop System.
The range of force values is wide, covering 62.5kgf to 3000kgf.
3. Automatic switching between probe and objective.
4. Simple operation, High Accuracy Microscope, Measuring accuracy.
5. All operating procedures and test results can be displayed on the screen.
6. Test result data can be output through the Built-in Printer.
7. Video measurement device and CCD image automatic measurement system can be configured according to the special needs of users.
Principle
The Brinell Hardness Tester automatically applies the test force through the electronic system, and uses the carbide ball indenter to press into the surface of the sample. The test force is fed back by the High Accuracy pressure sensor to form a closed-loop Control system, and the CPU can automatically compensate for the test force lost during the test. After a certain period of time, the diameter of the Cage is measured by the High Accuracy Optical Inspection Measurement System (Microscope), and the equipment automatically calculates the brinell hardness value and displays it on the LCD screen.
Applications
Hardness measurement of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, in addition to hard plastics, bakelite and other Non-metallic hardness of materials.
Standards
ISO 6506、ASTM E10-12、JIS Z2243、GB/T 231.2
Steps
1. Select the appropriate test force and pressure head according to the sample.
2. Place the specimen on the test bench.
3. Set test parameters (such as hold time) through Touchscreen.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the process of loading, retaining, and unloading.
5. The device automatically switches to the Microscope measurement state.
6. Crane diameter measurement (or system automatic measurement), equipment automatically calculate and display Hardness value.
7. Test results can be output through the Built-in Printer.
Notice
The Brinell test is mainly used for large materials, and the value measured in one part of the material does not necessarily represent the overall properties of the entire material.
• Make sure the equipment is placed horizontally and preheated before use.
• Choose the test force, pressure head and load holding time correctly according to the tested material.
The surface of the sample should be flat and clean, and the thickness should meet the test requirements.
• Regularly calibrate equipment using standard Hardness Blocks.
• Pay attention to the distance from the center of the indenter to the body and the maximum height limit of the specimen during operation.
Equipment power requirements are AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz.
• When replacing the fuse, use a 2A fuse.
