Overview
MHBS-3000-AZF Touchscreen automatic brinell hardness measurement system is a High Accuracy and High Automation Hardness measuring instrument. It is mainly used for the measurement of brinell hardness of metals and some Non-metallic materials, and is suitable for high-end users with high measurement workload or high accuracy requirements.
Features
1. The instrument adopts microcomputer control, Degree of automation is high.
2. Equipped with a large workbench with High Accuracy, it can be automatically lifted and lowered, and the maximum height of the test piece can be measured at 400mm.
3. The test process is fully automatic: automatically apply the initial and main test force, hit the Cedar, turret, focus, and measure the Cedar diameter.
4. With national standard/ASTM Hardness automatic conversion function.
5. The system can automatically identify non-conforming values and send an alarm.
6. Can automatically generate user-customized WORD or EXCEL format inspection report.
7. Integrated HB-CCD brinell hardness measurement system, strong noise resistance, can handle complex sample surface identification.
8. Easy to operate, click the interface button to complete the main work, support manual measurement or modify the results.
9. Powerful data management function, can store measurement data and image, and statistical analysis of data.
10. Test force accuracy up to 0.1%, higher than ordinary Brinell Hardness Tester accuracy.
Principle
According to the principle of brinell hardness test, the system automatically completes the test process through microcomputer control. First, the workbench automatically lifts and locates the sample, and then automatically applies the test force and hits the Caller. Then, the system automatically captures the Caller image through the industrial digital camera, and uses professional image recognition technology to automatically measure the Caller diameter, and finally automatically calculates the corresponding brinell hardness value according to the standard formula or look-up table interpolation.
Applications
Metal hardness of materials measurement, partial Non-metallic hardness of materials measurement
Standards
GB/T231.2 national standard, JJG150 verification procedures
Steps
1. Place the sample on the workbench.
2. Select or set test parameters (such as test force, load holding time, etc.) through the Touchscreen interface.
3. Click on the start button, the system automatically completes the whole process of table lifting, applying test force, playing Cedar, turret, focusing, measurement Cedar diameter and calculation of Hardness value.
4. View the automatically displayed Hardness value and statistical analysis results.
5. If you need manual measurement or modification, you can use the mouse to drag and drop.
6. The system automatically generates test reports and can save or export data.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz.
Please read the operation and maintenance manual before use.
• Select the appropriate test force and indenter according to the test material (e.g. 2.5, 5, 10mm diameter carbide ball indenter).
• Note that the maximum height of the specimen shall not exceed 400mm.
• Regularly calibrate with standard Hardness Blocks to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Device weight about 300kg, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
• The system has a failure value alarm function. Please check the sample or test conditions when an alarm occurs.
