13. The accuracy conforms to EN-ISO-6508 and ASTM E-18 GB/230.2 standards.
Principle
The hardness gauge automatically applies the initial test force and the total test force by the motor, presses the diamond cone indenter or the steel ball indenter into the surface of the sample, removes the main test force after a set holding time, and measures the difference in depth of Che. After calculation by the microcomputer, the rockwell hardness value is displayed directly on the LCD Touchscreen, and can be converted into Vickers, Brinell and other Miscellaneous Hardness scales.
Applications
It is suitable for metal materials, parts, heat treatment workpieces that need to be tested for surface rockwell hardness.
Standards
EN-ISO-6508、ASTM E-18、GB/230.1、GB/230.2、JJG112
Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the device.
2. Select and install the appropriate indenter (diamond cone or φ 1.5875mm steel ball) according to the sample.
3. Place the specimen smoothly on the test bench.
4. Select the required Hardness scale and total test force (15kgf, 30kgf or 45kgf) via Touchscreen or external knob setting.
5. Manually apply the initial test force.
6. The equipment automatically applies the main test force and maintains the set time.
7. After automatically removing the main test force, read the Hardness value on the Touchscreen.
8. Test data can be printed through the Built-in Printer or output through the RS232 interface.
Notice
Please read the product instruction manual carefully before use.
Make sure the power supply is AC220V +/- 5% 50/60Hz.
When placing the specimen, ensure that the distance from the center of the indenter to the fuselage (165mm) and the maximum specimen height (170mm) meet the requirements.
When testing a round specimen, the minimum diameter should be no less than 3mm.
* Regularly calibrated using standard Hardness blocks to ensure Test accuracy.
When replacing a fuse, use a fuse with a specification of 0.5A.
When the equipment is not in use, it is recommended to cover it with a dust-proof plastic cover.
During operation, do not touch moving parts.
