Overview
HRS-150/45 Touchscreen Digital Display Double Rockwell Hardness Tester is a high-tech product integrating electromechanical integration, with novel appearance, complete functions, convenient operation, clear and intuitive display and stable performance. The hardness gauge can be tested for rockwell hardness and surface rockwell hardness.
Features
1. Can choose Rockwell and surface rockwell hardness scale for testing.
2. High hardness testing accuracy, up to 0.1HR.
3. Illuminant, easy to clearly observe the test point.
4. The hardness testing holding time is adjustable.
5. With reset and delete functions.
6. You can browse the indication of hardness testing.
7. The hardness testing results can be data processed and printed out.
8. Provide the comparison function between various Hardness indications.
9. Equipped with RS-232C Serial Communication interface, convenient for users to expand functions.
Principle
The hardness gauge presses the indenter (diamond indenter or steel ball indenter) into the surface of the specimen by applying the specified initial test force and the total test force. Remove the main test force after holding for a specified time, measure the residual depth increment of the Che under the initial test force, and calculate the rockwell hardness value or the surface rockwell hardness value accordingly. The result is displayed visually on the digital screen.
Applications
It is suitable for all kinds of metal materials, parts and heat treatment workpieces that need to be tested by Rockwell and surface rockwell hardness.
Standards
GB/T230.2、ISO 6508-2、ASTM E18
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Hardness Ruler and Indenter according to the test requirements.
2. Place the specimen smoothly on the test bench.
3. Set test parameters, such as hold time, through Touchscreen.
4. Start the test, hardness gauge automatically complete the loading, load, unloading process.
5. Read and record the Hardness value displayed on the screen.
6. Test data can be viewed, processed, or output through the Built-in Printer.
Notice
• Please read the product instruction manual carefully before use.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz).
• The instrument should be calibrated using a standard Hardness block before testing.
The surface of the sample should be flat, clean, and ensure that its maximum height does not exceed 180mm.
• Be careful when installing and replacing indenters and test benches.
• Note that the distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 160mm to ensure that the sample size is appropriate.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration.
• Regularly clean and maintain the instrument to keep it in good condition.
