Overview
SMTMF MHRS-150-Z Automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester is a "Aolongxin" large platform product launched by Shanghai AOLONGXINGDI Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. The equipment adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology to realize fully automatic hardness testing. Its loading system consists of a closed-loop loop of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a central controller to realize microsecond-level tracking and control. The sounding system adopts High Accuracy Displacement Sensor with a minimum Hardness value resolution of 0.1HR. The indenter position is fixed, and the platform moves up and down for testing. The overall mobile design of the large platform eliminates the lead screw gap and improves Test accuracy, Repeatability, Stability and efficiency. Added foot switch function, support one-button measurement, convenient for on-site use.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology implementation of fully automatic testing. The loading system consists of a closed-loop loop of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a central controller to track and control the whole process of afterburner at the microsecond level. The sounding system uses High Accuracy Displacement Sensor for depth measurement. During the test, the indenter position is fixed, and the hardness testing is completed through the overall up and down movement of the large platform. This design eliminates the gap generated by the lifting of the traditional lead screw, thereby improving the accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Select and install the appropriate indenter (diamond indenter or steel ball indenter) according to the test piece.
3. Place the specimen on the sample stage (flat stage or V-shaped stage).
4. Select the desired rockwell hardness scale through Touchscreen (linkage selection force measurement).
5. Set parameters such as hold time.
6. Use the foot switch or Touchscreen to initiate one-touch automatic measurement.
7. The device automatically completes the loading, loading and unloading process, and displays Hardness value, Linear dispersion and other information on the LCD.
8. Test results can be printed through the Built-in Printer, or data can be output through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (110/220V AC, 60~ 50Hz).
• Please calibrate with a standard Hardness block before testing to ensure accuracy.
• Choose the indenter (diamond or steel ball) correctly according to the test scale and material.
When placing the specimen, ensure that the outer surface of the specimen is stably placed and the height does not exceed the allowable 300mm.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid body parts entering the moving parts area.
• Maintain equipment regularly and keep it clean.
