Overview
SMTMF MHRS-45-Z Automatic Surface Rockwell Hardness Tester is a series of "Aolongxin" products launched by Shanghai AOLONGXINGDI Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. The device adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology to realize a fully automatic hardness testing process. Its loading system consists of a High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a central controller to form a closed-loop loop to realize microsecond-level tracking and control. The sounding system adopts a High Accuracy Displacement Sensor with a minimum Hardness value resolution of 0.1HR. The device adopts a design of fixed indenter and overall lifting of a large platform, which eliminates the gap between the screws and improves Test accuracy, Repeatability, Stability and efficiency. Added foot switch function, support one-button measurement, convenient for on-site use.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology implementation of fully automatic testing. The loading system forms a closed-loop loop through the High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and the central controller to track and control the afterburner process at the microsecond level. The sounding system uses the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the depth of the Cong, so as to calculate the Hardness value. The device adopts the design of the indenter position fixed and the whole up and down movement of the large platform to test, which eliminates the gap caused by the lifting of the traditional lead screw and ensures the Stability and High Accuracy of the test process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the desired Hardness scale through the Touchscreen (the force selection will be linked).
3. Place the sample to be tested on the sample stage (e.g., a V-shaped sample stage).
4. Use the foot switch or Touchscreen command to start the one-button automatic measurement. At this time, the large platform automatically lifts, and the equipment automatically loads the initial test force and the main test force.
5. The equipment automatically completes the loading, loading (time adjustable), unloading process, and displays Hardness value, Force value Linear dispersion, Depth Linear dispersion and other information on the high-definition LCD.
6. The equipment can automatically determine GO/NG tolerances and support the correction of cylinder and sphere test values.
7. Test results can be printed out through the Built-in Printer or transmitted through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is 110/220V AC, 60~ 50Hz, and connected correctly.
• Before testing, calibrate the device using the corresponding standard Hardness block according to the standard.
When placing the specimen, ensure that its height does not exceed 300mm and is placed correctly on the outer surface.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating, use foot switch or Touchscreen control to avoid body parts entering the test area.
• Regularly check and clean the indenter (diamond indenter or steel ball indenter) and sample stage to ensure Test accuracy.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not forcibly interrupt or move the test piece.
