Overview
The "Aolongxin" large platform automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester MHRSS-150-Z launched by Shanghai AOLONGXINGDI Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology to realize fully automatic hardness testing. The loading system consists of a closed-loop loop of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a central controller to realize microsecond-level tracking and control. The sounding system adopts High Accuracy Displacement Sensor with a minimum Hardness value resolution of 0.1HR. The indenter position is fixed, and the overall up and down movement of the large platform is tested, which eliminates the lead screw gap and improves Test accuracy, Repeatability, Stability and efficiency. Added a foot switch to support one-button measurement.

17. Ruler converts HR, HB, and HV.
18. Built-in Printer.
Principle
The hardness gauge adopts a fully automatic high-speed Response closed-loop Sensor loading system. The central processing chip processes 18,000 to 30,000 sets of data at high speed in each test, reducing the traditional loading time to 1.75 seconds (in line with ISO standard 1~ 8s requirements), and realizing fast loading with smooth force values and no overshoot. The loading process is controlled by a closed-loop loop composed of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and controller for microsecond tracking. The sounding system adopts High Accuracy Displacement Sensor measurement Closer depth, combined with a special management device (QEI) to improve the signal processing efficiency. Hardness correction adopts a multi-interval (more than 8) refinement method to improve the Test accuracy of the entire range.
Applications
Hardness of materials testing, quality control, laboratory research, industrial production site testing
Standards
ASTM E18、ASTM E384、ISO 6508、GB/T230
Steps
Connect the power supply (110/220V AC).
2. Select the desired Hardness scale (e.g. HRA, HRC, etc.) through the Touchscreen.
3. Place the specimen on a large platform (allowing the specimen height to be 300mm and the outer surface to be placed).
4. Use the foot switch or Touchscreen to initiate one-touch automatic measurement.
5. The device automatically completes the loading, load retention (adjustable from 0 to 99s), and unloading process.
6. Hardness value, Linear dispersion, Linear dispersion and other information are displayed on the high-definition LCD.
7. Data can be output through the Built-in Printer, or external devices can be connected through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matches equipment requirements (110/220V AC, 60~ 50Hz).
When placing the specimen, ensure that its height does not exceed 300mm and that it is placed on the outer surface.
• Please be familiar with the Touchscreen menu interface and function settings before operation.
• Please pay attention to operation safety when using the foot switch.
• Regular maintenance to ensure equipment accuracy and Stability.
Do not touch moving parts during the test.
When testing a cylinder or sphere specimen, pay attention to using the corresponding test value correction function.
