Overview
SMTMF HRS-150X Cantilever Rockwell Hardness Tester (convex nose) is a Benchtop hardness gauge using the ROCKWELL Measurement principle, equipped with "Olongxin" closed-loop Sensor control technology to achieve automatic hardness testing. It uses a closed-loop loop composed of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a central controller to realize microsecond tracking and control of the afterburner process. It is suitable for Hardness testing of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. Widely used in Measurement, Machinery Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Chemical Industry, Building Materials and other industries for testing, scientific research and production.

Principle
The hardness gauge uses the Rockwell Measurement principle to achieve High Accuracy rapid testing through the "Aolongxin" fully automatic high-speed Response closed-loop Sensor loading system. The system adopts a microsecond-level Control system, which can realize high-speed step control, and the step control accuracy can reach nanoscale. The central processing chip processes 18,000 to 30,000 sets of data at high speed in each test, reducing the traditional loading time to 1.75 seconds, and realizing fast loading with smooth force values and no overshoot. At the same time, by introducing the Japanese High Accuracy Magnetic Grid Displacement Sensor and setting up a special management device, the displacement Measurement accuracy and signal processing capabilities are improved, ensuring faster and more accurate loading process control.

Steps
1. Boot ready to use, no need to install weight and debugging.
2. Select the corresponding Rockwell scale and test force according to the test requirements.
3. Place the sample to be tested on the test platform.
4. Set parameters (such as upper and lower limits, surface correction, etc.) through the LCD screen.
5. Start the test, and the device automatically completes the loading, loading, and unloading processes and displays the Hardness value.
6. Data can be output through the Built-in Printer or RS-232 interface.
Notice
• The equipment needs to be used in an environment that meets the specifications, the maximum height of the specimen is 260mm, and the distance from the center of the indenter to the fuselage is 150mm.
• Before use, please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly to avoid vibration affecting the Test accuracy.
• Select the appropriate indenter (diamond cone or φ 1.5875mm steel ball indenter) and ruler according to the measured material.
• When performing surface measurement, the equipment will automatically correct the result, but it is necessary to ensure that the workpiece is placed stably.
• Important parameter settings can be protected by password to prevent misoperation.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy meets standard requirements.
