Overview
SMTMF HRS-45X Cantilever Surface Rockwell Hardness Tester (convex nose) is a Benchtop hardness gauge using Rockwell Measurement principle. It is equipped with "Aolongxin" closed-loop Sensor control technology to achieve automatic hardness testing. It is suitable for Hardness testing of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. It is widely used in Measurement, Machinery Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Chemical Industry, Building Materials and other industries.

Principle
This hardness gauge adopts a fully automatic high-speed Response Closed-loop Sensor loading system. Its core is the "Aolongxin" microsecond-level Control system, which forms a closed-loop loop through the High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and the central controller to realize the whole microsecond-level tracking and control of the afterburner process. The central processing chip processes massive data at high speed in each test, which greatly shortens the loading time to 1.75 seconds, and realizes fast and accurate loading with smooth force value and no overshoot. At the same time, the equipment adopts High Accuracy Magnetic Grid Displacement Sensor and special management device, and refines the entire Hardness interval and corrects it in sections to ensure High Accuracy and High Speed of the test.

Steps
1. Boot ready to use, no need to install weight and debugging.
2. Select the appropriate Rockwell scale according to the material being tested.
3. Place the sample to be tested on the test platform.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically completes the loading, loading, and unloading process.
5. Hardness value is displayed digitally on the LCD screen.
6. Data can be output through the Built-in Printer or RS-232 interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the maximum height of the tested part does not exceed 260mm.
• The distance from the center of the indenter to the fuselage is 150mm, please pay attention to the test space.
• Before use, confirm that the equipment execution standards meet your test requirements.
• It is recommended to use the password protection function after setting important parameters.
