Overview
"Aolongxin" cantilever full Rockwell Hardness Tester HRS-150/45X is Benchtop Rockwell Hardness Tester, which adopts ROCKWELL Measurement principle for Hardness detection of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics. The equipment adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology to realize automatic control and hardness testing process. The loading system adopts High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and central controller to form a closed-loop loop to realize the whole micro-second tracking and control of the afterburner process. Widely used in measurement, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries for testing, scientific research and production.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts the Rockwell Measurement principle. Its core is the use of a fully automatic high-speed Response closed-loop Sensor loading system. The central processing chip processes 18,000 to 30,000 sets of data at high speed in each Hardness test, which shortens the loading action of the traditional electric charging hardness gauge from 8 seconds to 1.75 seconds, and realizes smooth and no overshoot during the loading process. By introducing the Japanese High Accuracy Magnetic Grid Displacement Sensor and setting up a special displacement sensor management device (QEI), the displacement Measurement accuracy and system control speed are improved. At the same time, the whole Hardness interval is divided into more than 8 intervals for precise correction, so that the hardness testing accuracy can reach the positive and negative deviation of ≤ 0.15HRC.

Steps
1. Boot ready to use, no need to install weight and debugging.
2. Select the corresponding Rockwell scale and test force according to the material to be tested.
3. Place the test piece on the test platform.
4. Set parameters (such as upper and lower limits, surface correction, etc.) through the LCD screen.
5. Start the test, and the device automatically completes the loading, loading, and unloading process.
6. Hardness value on LCD digital display, and can be data output or printing.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a stable workbench.
• Before testing, choose whether to enable the surface correction function according to the shape of the specimen (such as cylinder, sphere).
• When measuring ring or tubular parts, ensure that its inner diameter is not less than 40mm.
• Important settings can be protected by a password.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment according to relevant standards.
