Overview
JMHRSS-150 Precision Double Rockwell Hardness Tester (machine head mobile) is a fully automatic hardness testing equipment using professional closed-loop Sensor control technology. Its loading system consists of a High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and a central controller to form a closed-loop loop loop to realize continuous tracking and control of the afterburner process throughout the process; the sounding system adopts a High Accuracy Displacement Sensor, and the minimum Hardness value resolution can reach 0.1HR. The device adopts a machine head down-pressing design with a fixed stage. It is tested by moving the indenter up and down, which effectively eliminates the coaxiality error caused by the traditional lead screw swirl/spin, and significantly improves the Test accuracy, Repeatability, Stability and work efficiency.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts closed-loop Sensor control technology implementation of fully automatic hardness testing. The loading system forms a closed-loop loop through the High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and the central controller to continuously track and precisely control the whole process of the afterburner. The sounding system uses the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the depth of the Cong to calculate the Hardness value. The equipment adopts the head down-pressing design, the stage is fixed, and the indenter moves up and down to complete the test. This structure eliminates the coaxiality error caused by the traditional screw swirl/spin, ensuring the Stability of the test process and the accuracy of the results.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, select the corresponding Hardness ruler on the Touchscreen (linkage selection force measurement).
2. Place the specimen on a fixed sample stage to ensure stable placement.
3. Set parameters such as hold time through Touchscreen.
4. Start the test, and the device will automatically complete the whole process of loading, loading, and unloading.
5. After the test is completed, the Hardness value, statistical results, and other information will be displayed on the LCD screen, and the data can be printed through the Built-in Printer or output through the RS-232 interface.
6. The equipment has the function of automatic retraction of the indenter, which is convenient for continuous measurement of multiple specimens on a fixed table.
Notice
• Power supply voltage (110/220V AC) matches equipment requirements before use.
• Before testing, please select and apply the correct test value correction according to the shape of the specimen (e.g. cylinder, sphere).
• Please calibrate regularly using the standard Hardness block provided with the device to ensure Test accuracy.
When placing the specimen, its maximum height should not exceed 300mm, and ensure that the outer surface of the specimen is stably placed.
• Please follow the menu guidelines on the Touchscreen when operating, and choose a familiar language between Chinese and English interfaces.
• Pay attention to the standard configuration of the equipment and ensure that the correct indenter (diamond or steel ball) and sample stage (flat or V-shaped) are used for testing.
• Keep the equipment clean and cover it with a dust cover when not in use.
