Overview
JMHRS-150-XYZ Automatic Precision Rockwell Hardness Tester (head mobile) is a device that adopts professional closed-loop Sensor control technology implementation of automatic hardness testing. Its loading system is composed of High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and central controller to form a closed-loop loop, and the whole process is continuously tracked and controlled. The sounding system adopts High Accuracy Displacement Sensor, and the minimum Hardness value resolution is 0.1HR. The device adopts the design of machine head down and stage fixed, which eliminates the coaxiality error caused by traditional lead screw swirl/spin, and significantly improves Test accuracy, Repeatability, Stability and efficiency. The testing process is fully automated, allowing multiple samples to be placed at once for batch testing.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts closed-loop control technology implementation of fully automatic testing. The loading system forms a closed-loop loop through the High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and the central controller, and continuously tracks and controls the afterburner process throughout the process to ensure the accuracy of the force value. The sounding system calculates the Hardness value through the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor measurement of the depth of the Crowd. The equipment adopts the working mode of the machine head being pressed down and the test table being fixed, which avoids the coaxiality error caused by the swirl/spin of the traditional structure and ensures the High Accuracy and Repeatability of the test.

Steps
1. Place multiple samples on a fixed stage.
2. Select the required Hardness scale and setting parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Press the "Start" button to start the test.
4. The equipment automatically completes a series of actions such as sample rise, initial test force, main test force, load holding, unloading, measurement Hardness value, X/Y axis movement to the next point or the next sample.
5. Hardness values are automatically displayed and stored, and can be used for statistical analysis, report generation, or output through the interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (110/220V AC).
When placing the sample, please pay attention to the maximum allowable height of the specimen (standard type 300mm, heightened type 400mm) and the distance between the indenter and the outer wall (160mm).
• Please familiarize yourself with the Touchscreen menu and function settings before operation.
• Regular maintenance to ensure equipment accuracy and Stability.
