MHV-5 color Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology, suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens, surface infiltration treatment parts, is a scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments for research and testing of hardness testing instrument.

Principle
The hardness gauge automatically applies the test force, the Vickers diamond indenter is pressed into the surface of the sample, the test force is removed after maintaining the specified time, and the diagonal length of the measurement Che is input to the system, and the device automatically calculates and displays the Vickers (HV) or Knoop (HK) Hardness value.

Steps
1. Select Hardness scale (HV or HK) and test force.
2. Select the warranty time.
3. Place the specimen and adjust the position.
4. Start automatically loading the test force and maintain the load.
5. The diagonal lengths D1 and D2 of the C9 are measured by the micrometer eyepiece.
6. Enter the D1 and D2 values into the device.
7. The device automatically calculates and displays the Hardness value.
Notice
Please read the product instruction manual carefully before use.
Make sure the power supply is AC220V/50Hz.
* Use a standard Hardness block to calibrate the instrument periodically to ensure Measurement accuracy.
* Note that the maximum height of the specimen is 160mm, and the distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 135mm.
* Please handle with care when loading and unloading the indenter and objective lens.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench and leveled with horizontal adjustment screws.
* Do not use in humid, dusty or strong electromagnetic interference environment.
The equipment is equipped with a spare fuse (0.5A) and a spare light bulb. Please replace it as needed.
After the test, please clean the workbench and indenter in time.
