Overview
MHV-10 Color Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and optoelectronic technology. The hardness gauge is suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens and parts after surface infiltration treatment. It is a satisfactory hardness testing instrument for research and testing by scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Touchscreen display Operating interface.
2. The test force and load holding time of each gear of Hardness Ruler HV or HK can be selected through the operation panel.
3. After directly entering the D1 and D2 values measured by the eyepiece, the Hardness value is directly displayed on the display screen.
4. Measurement light source strength and test force retention time can be adjusted by software.
5. Easy to use, Measurement accuracy.
6. The hardness gauge can be equipped with an optional photographic device.
Principle
The hardness gauge uses precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology to press the Vickers diamond indenter into the surface of the sample by automatically applying and converting the test force. After a certain period of time under load, the test force is removed, and the diagonal length (D1, D2) of the sample surface is measured by manually switching the objective lens using Microscope, and the Measured value is entered into the system, which is calculated by the built-in software according to the formula and directly displays the Vickers (HV) or Knoop (HK) Hardness value.
Applications
Research institutions, factories, Quality control departments
Standards
JJG151-2006、GB/T4340、JISB-7734、ASTM E92、ISO 6507
Steps
1. Turn it on and complete the zero setting.
2. Select Hardness scale (HV/HK) and test force.
3. Set the hold time.
4. Place the specimen on the test bench.
5. Start the autoloader and complete the Caller.
6. Manually switch to measurement objective.
7. The diagonal lengths D1 and D2 of the Cedars are measured by the micrometer eyepiece.
8. Enter the D1 and D2 values into the Touchscreen.
9. Read and record the Hardness value displayed directly on the display.
Notice
