Overview
MHV-30 color Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology, suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens, surface infiltration treatment parts, is a scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments for research and testing of hardness testing instrument.

Principle
The hardness gauge uses precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology to automatically apply and convert the test force, so that the Vickers diamond indenter is pressed into the surface of the sample, and the test force is removed after maintaining the specified time.

Steps
1. Turn on and select Hardness scale (HV/HK), test force and load holding time.
2. Place the sample on the test bench, position and level it through the XY platform and horizontal adjustment screws.
3. Set the zero position and start the autoloader.
4. After the holding time is over, manually switch to the measurement objective.
5. The diagonal length D1 and D2 values of the measurement C9 through the micrometer eyepiece are input into the system.
6. The system automatically calculates and displays the Hardness value on the Touchscreen.
7. Data storage, printing and other operations can be performed.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the power supply is AC220V/50Hz and the connection is reliable.
• Please select the appropriate test force gear and test bench (large, medium, "V" type) according to the sample size and test requirements.
• When measuring, ensure that the surface of the sample is clean and flat, and the maximum height does not exceed 160mm.
• The distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 135mm, please ensure that the sample size is within this range.
• During operation, be careful when manually switching the indenter objective.
• Measurement accuracy should be regularly calibrated using standard Vickers Hardness blocks.
• Device weight is 45kg, please pay attention to safety when moving or installing.
• Spare fuse (0.5A) and spare bulb are provided with standard accessories for replacement.
